The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs.

Super nice hotel on every aspect. Staff, amenities, meal, venue all top notch. Excellent hotel. Wish I could stay there for couple of nights more. Highly recommend.
