良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

30年前アルメニア独立の年の夏のちょうど今頃にもこのホテルに泊まった思い出のホテルです。外観は当時の雰囲気をとどめながらも、現代的なホテルにと変わっていました。30年前もセバン湖へのタクシーの手配をお願いしたりお世話になりましたが、今回の宿泊でもホテルのスタッフの皆さんにお世話になりました。事前に連絡しなかったのにアーリーチェックインの対応をしていただき、夕方までのチェックアウトの延長も対応していただきましたし、フロントでご相談したことも悉く端的であったので無駄な時間なく短い滞在を楽しめました。次回またエレバンに来る際にもこのホテルを利用したいと思っています。

The front desk staff was great. I arrived early and they went out of their way to get a room cleaned so I could check in early. The breakfast is great - there are so many choices. The only negative is that the breakfast room does not open until 8:00am. When the hotel is full you can not find a table because everyone comes at 8:00am. It would be nice if the breakfast time has an earlier start time.
