"The Dottie dinner menu has changed from our previous stay in 12/25. It wasn’t at the same high standard as it was previously. However, the staff were outstanding."

"All was very good, nice clean comfortable room nice breakfast but the car parking arrangements were farcical. I tried to pay on arrival in the car park but the one machine would not make a charge against of the 4 cards I presented... I tried to pay in reception on checkout but could not I tried to pay with the accommodation bill at reception but was told I couldn't.. So back to the car park and tried the machines again.. Failed this needs sorting out."
