"Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff was amazing and friendly. The only thing that could be upgraded is the breakfast. Waffles and hard boiled eggs are fine, but more things like sausage or bacon would make it great."

"Clean room, but not a lot of extra space for a three day stay. Conveniently located near West entrance of Yellowstone Nat'l Park. Staff offered upstairs end unit, which sounded good, but it was right across from an ice machine that faced our front door, not even tucked away. Hence we heard late night and early morning users of the ice machine. It was also a long walk to the elevator, which we had to use often, as we were travelling with a dog. The desk person was very friendly, but forgot to hand me the keys, and in my fatigue, I didn't realize until I got to the front of my room."

"Room was run down but clean. Stains around the sink, wear gaps on the countertop, loose faucet on the shower wall..etc. However, everything was clean and functional. If you are requiring a very basic place to sleep I would recommend this property, if you want amenities look elsewhere."

"The room was clean and the staff was very professional and polite. We were there in July with temperatures in the 80’s, so no AC in the entire building made it pretty uncomfortable. It’s a pretty neat old hotel and I’m glad we stayed there."
