"Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday."

"Overall we had a rough experience here and due to that I will no longer be using VRBO. It was hard to communicate with the host, the place wasn't as advertised (it only slept 16 when the ad said 20), and the place was dirty, we had to clean the pool, outdoor area, kitchen, and there was garbage sitting in bags in the front. We expressed our concerns about to the host and she said if we didn't like it we could cancel. Rough experience and the host dropped in unannounced our first morning. Overall...

"Las escaleras son muy incómodas. Los muebles de la cocina no encajan bien,uno se llegó a descolgar ,las sillas son incómodas. Los colchones de los sofás cama estaban sucios y uno de ellos no funcionaba, faltaban sábanas para el sofá cama. La cafetera italiana era pequeña y le faltaba el mango. El termo de agua caliente es insuficiente para las personas que pone en la descripción.Un baño tenía olor a cañerías."

"We had a very good time. The house is foreseen of everything you need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is a big kitchen, a very large private garden with big swimming pool. The swimming pool is suitable for both litlle children as adults as well as 50/50 is shallow and deep. Cannot think of anything to complain... It's a quiet environment but just an hour from Madrid to have some nice city trips. After a day Madrid, drop in the pool, set the BBQ on fire and relax :-)"

"Excelente casa con excelente ubicación para pasar un fin de semana con amigos, y disfrutar tanto del precioso entorno, como de las facilidades de la casa (barbacoa, paella, varios salones). A los niños les encantó la barra del salón de la planta principal. El propietario muy amable y pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada. Muy recomendable."

"Pros: Pasamos genial nuestra semana de vacaciones y fue un acierto. Espacio grande y amplio para estar por la noche y también el de la piscina para disfrutar de ella durante el día. Lastima que hubo tormenta dos días seguidos aunque a mis sobrinos no les importo. Las habitaciones estan dotadas de ac. y con baño que es importante. Only an hour’s drive from the city, it’s peaceful and scenic — perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious and comfy, with balconies and amazing sunset views. The whole place feels warm and welcoming, like a home away from home. Close by, there’s the charming town of Tarancón and the Segóbriga Archaeological Park with its impressive Roman theater — definitely worth a visit. The hotel’s restaurant serves tasty local food at good prices. In short, Ballestar isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s a cozy spot you’ll want to come back to."

"A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations. The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet and made it unpleasant for other guests. It would have been much better if they had a separate buffet in their own area."

"La casa fue perfecta para nuestro grupo de 9 personas. Muy amplia y cómoda para disfrutar en el interior cuando hacía más frío y en el exterior en la piscina y zona de barbacoa. Enfrente hay un Carrefour express lo que hizo muy cómoda las compras. Estás en el pueblo pero parece que estás en mitad del monte. Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias!!!"
