「The villa was pretty nice, bathrom notvthe best, view was sensatiomal! There was a lot of oroblems! Firsly itcwas very difficult to access the property, we arrived late, we expected to have dinner at a restaurant, instead most of us had cold melas thst were ordered in hours b4! Some were returned to be reheated! It was the worse dinner i have ever had! The compkaint was mot gandled, i emailed the iwner an drexeived mp response! "朝食メニューは品数もあり、美味しいでした。夕食も美味しかったですが、ランチで利用すると、同じメニューでも夕食の時とボリュームが違ったり、美味しくなかったりしました。ランチはウエイターにちょっと面倒そうな扱いをされたのが残念でした。部屋からの景色は森に囲まれており、山が見えて大変綺麗でした。ただ、その眺望だけに車でグルグルと坂道を登った先にホテルが立ち、KANDYの街からは離れていて、不便な立地です。街をぶらぶらして買い物をしたいと思っても気軽に行けないです。屋外プールは森と山を眺めながら、大変綺麗な水で泳げて気持ちが良かったです。"

"During our stay, we were blessed with wonderfully skilled staff and excellent facilities, allowing us to fully enjoy the rich natural beauty of the tea fields in the hill country, relax over exquisite cuisine, and experience the finest hospitality. We also found the tea tour extremely meaningful, as it gave us the opportunity to learn about the history of Ceylon tea. We are deeply grateful for the valuable experiences you provided us with. Lastly, they kindly arranged a seaplane transfer between the sister hotels at our request, and everything went very smoothly, making the journey extremely comfortable and convenient. This mode of transport can be highly recommended for guests who are short on time. Our stay was truly beyond words and became one of the best experiences of our lives. "
