Sundowner is a love letter to 60s surf culture and psychedelic mid-century design, infused with refined aloha vibes. Inside, you’ll find vintage charm layered with modern comforts: French linen-draped beds, a fully custom kitchen, open-plan living with retro flair, and a balcony made for sunset aperitifs overlooking the Clarence River.

Need to Know
Suite No. 2 is located upstairs, side-by-side with Suite No. 1. While we’ve added soundproofing measures - including a solid-core, fire-rated door between the suites - it’s still apartment-style living, and some sound may carry. To keep things easy and enjoyable for everyone, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Sundowner is in the vibrant heart of the village - so if you’re after a remote, whisper-quiet escape, this might not be your vibe. But if you love a bit of buzz with your beach break, you’ll feel right at home.
