Enjoy staying at one of the most prestigious developments in Playa Blanca at this exclusive, luxury villa. Benefiting from access to the Playa Blanca coastal path, Severalls El Sol is only a short walk to Playa Flamingo (beach) and the bars and restaurants that surround it.

Pool heating is included in the winter months (please contact us with any questions regarding this).

All the usual modern appliances can be found at this wonderful property, including a well-equipped kitchen.

The villa is set all on one level.


Sleeping Arrangements

Perfect for a bit of peace from the family group, one of the four bedrooms is an annexe room complete with its own ensuite. The master bedroom in the main house also benefits from an ensuite. The remaining bedrooms (one double and own twin) share a family bathroom.


Exterior

Severalls El Sol has a vast, inviting 11 metre private pool to provide fun for all the family. It is surrounded by a large terrace for relaxing in the Lanzarote sunshine. Furthermore, the villa also boasts a roof terrace with amazing sea views across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Outside there is also a fridge for your cold refreshments by the pool.

The property was amazing. The annex was perfect for the parents and the added use of a fridge made it even better. The use of 3 showers in the property made it easier for our large group when getting ready in the morning and evening. The pool was a great size for a family of 8. The kitchen was very well stocked and equipped. (Bosch appliances!) We got bread, butter and 5 dishwasher tabs on arrival which was appreciated. Plenty of towels provided for the week for all of us. Sun loungers were fab unfortunately one was broken on arrival but there were still 7 more that were available. Flamingo beach was a 15 minute walk. We discovered Rubicón marina on the second to last day which is well worth a visit. Only 10 minute trip in a taxi. On the last day the letting company allowed us to store our cases in a locked room until it was time for us to go to the airport. Stunning property just like on the pictures. We had a fantastic time! The sun shine everyday for us and the light winds provided the little relief from the heat.

A wonderful spacious property, well decorated, well equipped and perfectly suited for our group of 2 families, with 2 teenage boys each. The bedrooms, 2 with en suite, were a very good size.The indoor living area, complete with pool table is very comfortable, with the conservatory.The pool is an excellent size, with plenty of space to lounge around. The outdoor BBQ area is well designed with a fridge and sink.The rooftop terrace is also a great feature for both early mornings, and sunset watching.While situated in a quiet gated area, it is within easy reach of restaurants and bars in both Playa Flamingo, and on the way to Playa de Montaña Roja.Our hosts were very friendly and most accommodating to our needs.

Family break

The villa was well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was the perfect temperature and the outside space was very well set up. The view from the roof terrace is also stunning. The coastal path takes you in to Playa Blanca in half an hour walking and it’s a lovely walk at sunset towards the lighthouse. Overall a wonderful stay.
