You'll find your own garden gate at the end of the terrace, giving you direct access to the black sand beach right on your doorstep. The terrace boasts a 4x2m heated* pool, a great spot for cooling off from the midday sun. 
Elegant in every way, this villa has been well-designed to make the most of the space indoors and out. The villa consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and an alfresco dining set for your tapas lunches and evening BBQs.
A short stroll along the coastal path and you'll find the magnificent Marina, filled with millionaire yachts, dotted with seafront restaurants and its own boutique shopping complex. *Any items marked with an asterisk may be subject to an additional charge.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The path to the pool area is 130cm wide. The outside area is flat, with artificial grass around the pool. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor twin bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
