Experiência horrível. Falta gestão.

Horrível! Passei uma noite de domingo a 2a para reuniões na 2a feira na área. Um agito incrível no hotel para um domingo à noite, na pandemia. Restaurante cheio, serviço lento mas ok. Agora, festas, conversas altas nos quartos, até com música. Liguei para o Leandro da recepção pedindo intervir. Nenhum resultado. Até a 1 da manhã. Às 5 da manhã, um grupo chegou visívelmente da balada acordando todos. Mais uma vez, sem intervencão da Gerencia. Levantei, tomei café, que é um bom buffet. E fui embora. Lamentável. Muito bla-bla de alcool-gel, máscara, etc... mas nada de gestão de distanciamento e de convivência no hotel. Muito fraco.

Positivement surprenant!

Réellement inespéré. Le niveau de l'hôtel est très largement au-dessus de mes espérances: décoration, service, petit-déjeuner, débit Wi-Fi, propreté, etc... Très bon bar-restaurant dans l'hôtel. Seul, point faible: les chambres sont spacieuses mais, comme toujours, mal isolées acoustiquement. Mais satisfait dans l'ensemble.
