"This is a huge hotel with excellence service. You can walk around the hotel street and you can also walk to the city center which it is around a 25 mins walk, but there are plenty of other transportation around. The room is big (for a hotel room) and comfortable. Service was really good in general, including front desk and transportation. The gym has a lot of equipment, the pool is good but water was too cold for my taste. Also, we added breakfast and it has good options for everybody. The best part of the breakfast is that it is open up to 12:00pm. Additionally, they provided excellent service when we left our passports in the room safe and had to come back from the airport to get them. We will definitely stay here again."

"This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel location is perfect. Restaurants close by Stores and easy access to museums and downtown. Looking forward to staying there again."

"Normally there is a free, reliable shuttle and the hotel is close to the airport. This time I arrived at about 9 PM to the airport on a Sunday night and no one was at the Riazor shuttle office, I called, and another customer and I waited outside the door. Then after being on the shuttle long enough to be at the hotel we were suddenly back at terminal one to pick up a hotel employee. The passengers who had already been picked up there were not pleased. They could not believe we were still not at the hotel. When we finally DID arrive, the restaurants were all closed. This could and should have been avoided if we had not made the extra trip back. This is a hotel and the first priority is to the guests. I got no dinner and was too tired to complain but the guy who waited with me at the airport was complaining loudly when I went up to my room. People coming off of flights need to sleep AND eat. I choose this hotel because normally I can rely on the restaurant to be consistent to provide good food without having to venture out alone at night as well as a clean room and transportation. Didn't deliver this time, and I certainly was not the lone person on that shuttle. It was full."

"We love the restaurants, the service by all staff from the parking valet, bell boy, housecleaning service, to the front desk. Everyone is always polite and respectful. Rooms are clean and it’s located in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed here many times and continue to be pleased with the service we receive. Thank you. "
