The Voco Xi'an Hotel was the perfect place for my visit to Xi'an, coming and going from Xinjiang. It is convenient to the metro, clean, friendly, and well equipped with restaurants and a fitness center. The room was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I would happily stay here again!

Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....

Great hotel but not in the location it says on the map on hotels.com. We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport.
