DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:
The flat is located in an extremely attractive area, situated in close proximity to the centre of Wrocław and the beautiful, historic Market Square. It takes only 20 minutes by public transport to reach it. This unique place abounds in colourful tenement houses, atmospheric restaurants, music clubs, shops, as well as many other attractions. Well-known cultural institutions such as the National Forum of Music, the Opera House and the Wrocław Comedy Theatre are not far away. Near the flat there are also many tram and bus stops from which you can easily get to any part of Wrocław. The distance to the Wrocław Główny train station is only 2 km. In the vicinity of the flat you can find numerous grocery shops, such as Żabka (150 m). Our guests will be able to easily stock up on all necessary products. In the nearby restaurants and cafes they will be able to have a nice meal. The nearest establishments are Hala Bistro Tęczowa (300 m), Pizza Station Grabiszyńska (450 m) and Cukiernia Spychała (450 m). Nearby, there is also a building that is unique in Poland and is also the tallest building in Wrocław. This is the Sky Tower, at the top of which there is a unique viewing point and a restaurant. On the other hand, there is a shopping mall at the bottom of the building where you can go shopping.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The stylish 35 m² studio can accommodate 4 people. Its unique space consists of a living room, an alcove with a double bed for a bit of privacy, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The interior is characterised by a unique décor with elements of white, beige and grey. High-quality furnishings and a carefully designed space will ensure functionality and comfort during your stay. The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, chest of drawers and a modern TV. In the bedroom alcove there is a comfortable double bed and a set of bed linen. The wooden kitchenette adds to the unique atmosphere and is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for preparing meals. The living room is equipped with a high table and chairs. In the bathtub available in the bathroom, you can relax after a busy day. There is also a washing machine, towels and a set of toiletries for our guests. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy a cup of aromatic morning coffee and have a good start to the new day.
