I was satisfied. It deserves the price.
⭕️The location is very good. It's easy to access to the Old Town. Staffs at the reception were kind and they kept my baggage even after I checked out. Also I like the design of the room and the breakfast is fine. ❌there were some big stains on the desk and the room was little bit cold for me. Although I ofthen hear loud voices of other guests or staffs when I was in room, I guess it 's because the wall of this building is thin.

Clean, really nice rooms. At check-in I was told there were plenty of rooms if i wanted to stay longer. A few hohrs later I asked to extend my stay and was quoted a price 3 times higher than I paid originally. Then booked online for less, but apparently chose a different type of room. It was a hassle in what was otherwise an excellent stay. Wroclaw is a wonderful city and a great place to walk.

Me and my family have stayed here 4 times now. It’s cheap, extremely clean and in a great location. The staff are always super helpful and polite. We have not had breakfast here as we prefer to go out and get coffee and pretzels nearby. I would recommend d this hotel to any travellers

The room was oke. The climate system did not work, it was constantly 23 degrees. Therefore I had to open the window, but because of that I could hear all the noise from the street. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was oke. The biggest plus is the location.

Very good location a few minutes walk to main square. Rooms are small, but not too small.

Sehr zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer in gutem Zustand und einwandfrei sauber. Keine Zufahrt zum Hotel mit dem Auto möglich, man muss kurz in einer Parkverbotszone halten zum Ausladen. Günstiges Parkhaus aber fußläufig zu erreichen, wird vom Personal empfohlen. Insgesamt gut zu empfehlen.

Great stay!
I had a great stay in this hotel! Friendly staff, clean and nice room, comfortable bed and what was most important for me - it was very very quiet all night! No noise at all even thought it’s in the city centre! I would definitely stay again:)

Perfect location and extremely clean rooms. We had a triple room and was well presented. We stayed one night during our trip and came back again for a 2nd night. It’s very reasonable on price

Dejlig og roligt ophold
Dejligt, centralt beliggende hotel med fremragende støjisolering og ingen larmende sporvogne udenfor. Vi benyttede ikke hotellets morgenmad. Receptionen er åben 24/7, hvilket kan være ret praktisk.

Pleasant Stay
Location was good, lots of eateries nearby and close enough to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent for the price paid and overall I would say the stay was pleasant, although I only stayed a night.

Awesome hotel, classy staff
Very nice hotel, in perfect location for the old town. The girls working over Christmas were all so friendly and helpful, thank you so much! Special mention to Eliza who put up with me late on Christmas night in the bar and managed to put a big smile on my face!

Clean, great location
Super location very close to start of the Christmas markets and historic centre. Clean, comfy rooms - small 24hr bar (nice, we tried this at 2am no problems). Building is freshly renovated/developed - also a gnome next to the entrance ;-) Definitely staying here again next time I visit

Very clean, well presented, modern hotel room. I was expecting a lower quality hotel due to the price I paid however I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the room! Cannot fault it at all. Perfect location, staff very helpful, easy to access, great hotel.
