Waterfront Duplex with Boat Slip
This duplex has just the right amount of space for any family looking to get away. With so many activities at your fingertips, your days can be spent boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just observing all the sea life the ICWW has to offer. For larger groups, check out the next-door unit and rent out both sides to enjoy all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer together.
**Please notify our office if you plan on bringing a boat.**
Parking instructions: Availability for two-three vehicles, depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-$300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of two pets are permitted - ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet-fee is $250 per pet, plus tax. A pet-fee will be added onto the reservation after booking. The pet-fee is non-refundable. No dogs are allowed to be brought without prior approval and payment of a pet-fee. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine, plus tax. Violation of our two-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300, plus tax charge, per pet. In addition, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1st through September 30th. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1st through March 31st.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Location was perfect! Everything was great. House was clean, sunsets were perfect. Only negative - we did have the cleaning people enter the house while we were still scheduled to be there which was alarming; otherwise a perfect trip & would go back anytime!
This property was perfect for what we needed. Having a dock/pier and 3 bedrooms for the price point was amazing. The homes nearby are beautiful. Don’t judge a book by its cover. This home while older still offers a lot of charm and practicality. Appliances all worked, kitchen was stocked, and the views were worth every penny.
We loved the location and the ability to bring out the boat and utilize the dock, enjoying Lee's Cut and the beautiful surroundings. The house was clean and check-in/check-out was perfect. The only reason not a 5* rating is that there was dampness/mold upstairs, even the carpet felt wet. There was a mildew/mold smell. Outside was very buggy with mosquitos and "no see um's" everywhere. Two of our cars ended up filled with ants as apparently there were bad ant hills in the grass near where we parked. I recommend checking all insulation/attic/crawl space for where the mold is coming from as it is an older home and of course humidity and moisture are a concern for all beach and low-lying residential areas. My other recommendation would be to spray the yard and cut the grass low for insect control. On more thing of concern is the need to have rubber bath mat in the tub for older guests as my parents felt the shower was very slippery and dangerous for them.
The location is amazing. We walked to the beach every morning. It is not the ritz but it is great on a budget!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at this property. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need for a stay at the beach.
The location is perfect and charming. With the dock for up to two boats, we had local family drive over in theirs. We dropped in our paddle boards and paddled over through the marsh and a little beach. It was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. Will bring a fishing rod next time. A mile walk/run to the beach right at the Johnny Mercer Pier or walk across to the street and you are on the loop which is 2.5 miles. We had 2 bicycles for our use, corn hole boards and outdoor chairs and tables to spend the most time outdoors. The property was comfortable and a charming cottage. We will book this again!

I loved the huge window in the eat-in kitchen which allowed me to enjoy the beautiful water view even while sitting on the living room couch. I hope to return in warmer weather so I can sit out and relax on the deck. I also really appreciated how well the kitchen was appointed, with everything I needed to prepare and serve a family holiday meal. The house was very clean and everyone I talked to with the property management company was super friendly. The location was perfect and easy to get to shopping and restaurants. I can't wait to come back!
Our stay here was wonderful for the whole family. Great location with a dock and a fire pit. We enjoyed a bonfire and sitting out by the water. It’s close enough to walk to the beach and to ride bikes all over the island. We enjoyed our family time and are looking forward to coming back!!
Lovely house yard was fantastic for canal property
House was a little older but very well kept. Yard was perfect for our older dog and access to house was only 3 steps to get in and out for him. Dock was awesome. Very close to restraurants and beach, and of course right on the canal. Would definitely stay there again.
Great Waterfront Retreat (Duplex) near Wrightsville Beach
Great, clean, simple Duplex near Wrightsville. Manage your expectations with Window unit AC units, but the location, view, Dock etc wash all of that away! Great place for my small family!
The house location was outstanding. It is an older home, but well maintained with updated bathrooms. The only thing we would change is to have an air conditioner in the third bedroom. It gets very stuffy at night and during the summer will be unbearable.
House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The extra touches are much appreciated, bath and beach towels and bicycles. We loved having the dock for our boat. Very enjoyable week.
Great house on the water with room for 24 foot boat. Perfect for a weekend at the beach. No central air and and 1 bedroom without window unit; so that room was little too warm. House is newly renovated; so clean with updated furniture. Backyard and dock makes the rental a great one. Backyard space is shared with other renters, so keep that in mind when using outside space.
The house itself was nice and clean. There is no central air so the air inside the house was a bit warmer and muggier then if you would of had a central unit. So you are battling if you want a bunch of window units running all the time with the loud noise or warm air and mugginess.The upstairs smells a bit like animals because pets are allowed, which was one of the deciding factors for renting this place because I can bring my dog. This place would probably be great for off season, but i would recommend to the owner of the home to invest in central air and to not use carpet upstairs.
