Stunning 2-story condo in Wrightsville Dunes!
“Sunrise Sunset” says it all with its name! This gorgeous third floor end unit Wrightsville Dunes condo features fantastic sunrise and sunset views. With tons of natural light, 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, access to commercial elevator, and convenient proximity to the community pool and private beach access, this condo is the perfect location for your next family vacation!
As you enter “Sunrise Sunset” you are guided down the hallway to the main living area. The primary bedroom is located on this living level and is furnished with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, television, and has its own private balcony that overlooks the marsh. Enjoy sunsets and hours of watching sea birds from your balcony as you soak in the salt air. Down the hall there is a full bathroom that services the nearby queen guest room and a laundry closet for convenience.
At the end of the hall there is a spiral staircase at the edge of the kitchen that leads to the top floor. The top floor of this spacious condo is a little oasis that is perfect for junior members of the family. Two twin-sized beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower provide a wonderful sleeping quarter. Long range views from the enormous picture window yield sweeping ocean views and flood the room with natural light. There is also a media area and sofa, making this an extremely versatile area.
The kitchen has a pass-through window to the dining and living area so you can keep an eye on the kids and be included in all the action while preparing meals. Gather around the kitchen table to enjoy a home cooked meal or an evening board game. There is a queen-sized sofa bed to relax on or grab a cold beverage and kick back on the ocean front deck! Soothing waves, soft breezes, warm sunshine, and unobstructed views of the sun dazzling off the Atlantic Ocean are sure to make this large deck one of the most popular hangouts in the home.
Relax in a comfy chaise at one of the two community swimming pools or play a match on the community tennis court. Enjoy three private beach accesses, pristine manicured grounds, an elevator to all floors, and the spectacular sunset views over the marsh.
The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
