Unit #202 provides our guests with a cozy and quaint condo in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Prime location and steps away to the beautiful beach, convenient grocery store, large variety of restaurants, several boutique shops and The Shed for daily rentals of bikes, paddle boards and more.
Our unit offers designated off-street parking, an open studio concept with a fully equipped kitchen for light meals, seating area, sleeping area with a comfortable queen size bed, remote control blackout shade for a good night’s sleep and 1 full bath. We also provide our guests with 2 complimentary beach chairs.

Perfect spot for a couples beach weekend getaway! We love Wrightsville Beach and this spot was ideal for our weekend trip. Convenient access to the beach, we walked to all the bars and restaurants and the spot was comfy and clean. 100% would book again!

The property was a great location and check-in and out was very smooth. The only down side was the bathroom, it was tiny and could use updating. Otherwise the stay was great!

Anniversary Getaway

Clean, cute property. Close to beach access. Was great to walk down set our beach stuff up and pop back up to the condo as needed. Located walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops. Enjoyed our stay!

Little slice of beach heaven

This is our third time staying here. The accommodations are so comfy and the location cannot be beat. We almost hate to rave about it because we don’t want the word to get out!

Great Get Away

This was a great get away for my wife and I. I love to fish and couldn't have gotten a better location near the pier. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities needed. This was a Christmas present from my family. One of the best presents a brother could ask for. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Quick Getaway

Nostalgic Weekend Adventure

We came to Wrightsville to celebrate our 10 year college anniversary as best friends. I also grew up in Wilmington so I was excited to be walking distance from the beach and restaurants I grew up eating at. We spent many a night at the beach bars during college, and we were able to walk to those as well. It is the perfect location to relive memories.

Location, Location, Location

Wife and I have stayed here every June for 3 or 4 nights going on a decade. Scott and Cheryl have a great studio right in the heart of Wrightsville and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Roberts Grocery is just outside the Gate Door and we walk to all the restaurants we love after spending the day on the beach. In all of the years we’ve been staying here, once we park the car in spot 201 on arrival, we never get back in until leaving day. Everything is right there. Last, there is a common 2nd floor patio overlooking N Lumina and Lagergeads Tavern which is a really nice spot to sit with a cocktail or wine before heading out to dinner. Happening location.

Great location and parking. Beach chairs were handy to have use of. The bathroom is not in good shape. Found it annoying that you pay $75 cleaning fees and then a few days before the booking you get a list of chores to do before you leave. Also was informed a few days before booking started that we needed to bring our own bath towels. I don't like that you book with Expedia and you end up on VRBO.

Cute little studio unit for a girls weekend beach getaway. The unit itself is a bit dated, but the location was absolutely perfect, and we were really only there to sleep. The unit is a stones throw to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Scott was fantastic when we had a lock snafu, and we truly appreciated his kindness with helping us fix.
