「Lovely apartment with great location to worcester race course. My only issue would be parking we couldn’t get any of the links to load and parking on the streets are permit only. Eventually loaded the links for parking and parked in the pub next door brought a drink and put my reg in the pub. Hopefully we wont get a fine. 」

「Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again.」

「Stayed one night, with our dogs, at this lovely farmhouse accomodation set in scenic surroundings. The rooms are all on the first floor and I think all rooms have ensuites unless you book the family 'room' (that sleeps up to 4). Actaually you get 2 rooms that count as a family room. These do not have an ensuite but have exclusive use of the bathroom and loo situated on the narrow landing opposite your bedroom doors. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.」
