This apartment is the main floor of a 1920's home that is centrally located in historic Wooster. It is within walking distance to the College of Wooster, Ohio Light Opera and City Park with public pool. The area boasts many unique eateries, golf courses, bike and walking trails, and my personal favorite, thrift shops!. Amish Country is within 30 min.

Comfortable property in a quiet part of town
We had a pleasant stay in this lovely downstairs apartment. The space was well furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and my parents were comfortable in the bed in teh living room for the night they stayed. There are a lot of food options within 5 miles of the apartment, so finding good eats was easy. (We really liked breakfast at Green Leaf.) The apartment has air conditioning, and after a long hot day vending at the fairgrounds, I was so grateful for a shower, the cool A/C and a comfy couch to relax in.

I was in town for a funeral. Barbara’s place was perfect for me. Walked to church and drugstore. Pleasant neighborhood. Just what I needed.

Best Place to Stay in Wooster!
This was my second time staying here. Both times the host was exceptional. Easy check-in, very clean and even had cookies waiting for our arrival. Great location - walking distance to the market and close to COW. I plan to make this my home-away-from-home each time I visit my son at college. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

An Elegant & Calm Place to Rest
The property was absolutely beautiful. With a private deck and furnished sunroom, it's the perfect place to hang out with family and friends. We were mesmerized by the interior design's vintage touches and elegance. The property is conveniently located between downtown Wooster's exotic eats and the bellywarming Amish cooking. The owner was there for any questions. Don't be scared though if you hear some steps overhead- the owner lives on the upper floor. Ultimately, our stay was quite blissful and we would recommend.

Exceeded my expectations
