Relax with the family at this peaceful home. Located in the heart of small town Woodsfield, this 3 bed 2 bath residential house is on a dead end street, which makes it a peaceful area! Walk into the quaint town of Woodsfield for shopping, places to eat, Monroe Theater, and a cute Main Street. This home includes a master with adjustable king bed and master bath, a nursery with crib & rocker, a bedroom with 2 full beds, a 2nd full bath, & 2 TVs. The sunny living room has plenty of room to relax.

Master bedroom with king bed and dresser and its own master bathroom.

Bedroom #2 with crib, glider rocker, and toys.

Bedroom #3 with full bed, twin bed, and dresser

Living room with comfortable couch and chair. Smart TV that includes Netflix. Free Wi-Fi to access more apps on TV as well.

Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pans, and cookware. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full refrigerator included. All you need to bring is the food!

Large dining table and chairs. This is a great place to work at as an office as well with our free Wifi, wireless printer on counter.

Weekend stay

The place was centrally located in the heart of Woodsfield. It had all the necessary things you need for cooking and entertainment for kids. The house was in great condition for whatever you wanted to do to just relax and enjoy yourself. I would recommend this place and book it again when I’m in the area

A Work In Progress...

This property is a work in progress for the owners, who are good communicators. For a low-cost stay, in a quiet neighborhood, this is an OK property. Note that Woodsfield, OH, and this property, are an exceptional location for wonderful motorcycle riding!!

Great for the area

Stayed two night as we were there for a family reunion. It was just me and my son, but would be perfect for large families and ppl with little ones. They had a lot that we just didn’t use. The property is nice and quiet, if I had any negatives it would be they are not the most comfortable beds, other than that, excellent for the price.

Relaxing Stay

The property was as described and the host was very helpful and answered our question promptly. Like being within walking distance of restaurants and a hardware store. This is an older home and has its quirks but it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of dishes and tableware but limited pots and pans if you do a lot of cooking. Liked staying in a small town and will stay here again when in the area.

Perfect house for our family

This was the perfect house for our family. WiFi was good, the owners were super fast to respond, and the kitchen had lots of helpful amenities. Will definitely stay here again

Cute home in need of some updates.

Overall this is an okay place to stay if you are in the area. The house was very clean but it had a musty smell to it and the windows were rusty and difficult to open to air out the home. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer in the basement but there were also parts of a turkey drying out down there so I didn't use the basement. The bathroom was very clean and there was excellent water pressure. The plates and cups are very nice too.
