- Accommodation: This property offers 2.5 Bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, consisting of 2 Queen & 2 Single, sleeping a maximum of 6 guests. The property is fully furnished, however you will need to supply your own linen, towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).

Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of ONLY AVAILABLE HIGH SEASON - 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.
Terms and Conditions:
By booking this property you agree to comply with the following:
- On arrival, all guests are required to complete a Holding Bond. This is an imprint of a valid Credit Card for security and to ensure the property is left neat and tidy and Undamaged from your stay.
- At no time during the occupancy shall the guest allow more than the number of persons listed as the maximum number of guests stay overnight at the premises, without the prior consent of the agent, wherein extra charges may apply.

- Where applicable Body Corporate Rules and Regulations shall be complied with.
- The property is not serviced during your stay. That is, the guest is responsible for provision and cleaning of bed, bathroom, kitchen, etc. during your holiday.
