"We had little bit bad start with the room, it was feeling uncleaned and was setting of amenities for 2 people although the booking was for 3. But the moment we contacted the receptionist she apologized and checked for another room for us. Eventually they upgraded us to bigger and better room with an amazing view that changed our whole stay to become an unforgettable vacation. Very recommended and amazing service. "

"The hotel reached out a week in advance of arrival, to assist with any requirements we may have. They stayed in constant contactuntil arrival. Upon arrival, the team were so considerate to any and all of our needs. They were so warm and welcoming. The room itself was just so awesome, in terms of size, decor and amenties in the room.
