Hi Pete, Thank you for your review and feedback. I'm sorry you had this experience with the dishes. We are actually in the process of adding inspections to make sure things like that don't get missed in future by the cleaners. We have Netflix in the rooms as you say but no terrestrial TV. We'll give that some consideration as it wouldn't be hugely difficult to introduce.

Hi, thank you for your valuable and honest feedback it is really appreciated. I'm glad your stay overall was good. We do actually have a system in place to replace tea bags and milk, however it would appear it didn't get executed during the time of your stay. We recently started having an inspection to check this type of thing is taking place on a regular basis and check the standards aren't dropping so going forward this shouldn't be a problem. For longer stays we would normally be in touch with you to check for a linen change each week so I'll look into that.

Hi Tariq, Thank you for the feedback. We actually only have three rooms which are shared bathroom, the rest are en suite so feel free to get in touch if you want to book an en suite next time. Also for future reference, the shower and bathroom are relatively new and is a thermostatic mixer which has dial you just have to twist it to adjust the temperature. Kind Regards

Hi Katie, Thank you for the clear and kind feedback. I'm happy you enjoyed your stay with the exception of the noisy doors. I'll look into something to resolve that. I expect there will be a dampening strip that can be placed inside the frames but I'll do some digging and get that sorted out. Thank you for the amazing review. It's not often we get such well considered and clear feedback. We've been going for a few months now and there's definitely room for us to improve. We're going to start a daily check on the milk and cereal levels following this, along with a weekly clear out of the fridges if things are not in date I'll also purchase some wine glasses and purchase a bit of new crockery. Thanks again and I hope you stay again at some point to see the improvement.

Hi Murray, thank you for the feedback. If you have any issues in the future please get in touch with us directly. We actually have a couple of spare universal remotes because they've gone walkies before. We've actually put quite a bit of effort into the decor recently with the pictures and the paintings but we'll take this on board and go further to making it an even more pleasant environment. The kitchen is cleaned almost daily and we have a bi weekly deep clean but unfortunately we cant guarantee all guests are as respectable since it's a shared kitchen. With regards to fire safety we take this very seriously. All the bedroom doors are fire doors rated 30 mins with intumesant strips all round. We also have a mains wired smoke alarm and nest carbon monoxide detector. We also have the appropriate opening mechanisms on all the windows. We're also in the process of getting quotes for a fully linked system in each room whilst making things more explicit in terms of direction to exits.
