"We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es fehlt an nichts , die Küche bietet alles, was man an Ausstattung benötigt (vom Eierkocher bis zur Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden). Der Vermieter wohnt gleich gegenüber und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sogar Holz vorbeigebracht, dass wir den gemütlichen Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer anheizen konnten. Für jeden Gast war ein flauschiges Handtuchset vorhanden. Als Willkommensgruß standen frische und lokale Äpfel und eine Flasche...

Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind super bequem gewesen. Alles im Allem einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Gerne wieder :) "

"I chose this hotel because it is two minutes walk from Grosse Freiheit 36, a music venue. It's in the centre of the red light district, so expect - if you're a single man - to be repeatedly approached and grabbed for "business". It didn't bother me, but it might bother some, hence why I mention it. The hotel itself is excellent. Comfortable rooms and excellent staff - no complaints there whatsoever."
