Private: natural state property 27'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). 150 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Passau 17 km, Freilichtmuseum Bayerischer Wald 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Rothauer See 10 km. Hiking paths: Ilztal 30 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und umgeben von hohen Bäumen. Ein idealer Rückzugsort. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Der großzügige Garten bietet Möglichkeiten zu Sport und Spiel oder zum gemütlichen Sonnenbaden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus.Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig aufgehoben.Fussläufig in ca. 5 Min kann man an die ILZ zum Baden oder wandern.Vermieter sind jederzeit via WhatsApp erreichbar und freundlich.Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Habe uns die Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein tolles Haus, sehr sauber und mit einer guten Ausstattung. Der Garten ist toll für Kinder und die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden, für die "Ruhe"-Suchenden ideal. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Inmitten Natur sehr ruhig gelegen, gemütliches Haus, gepflegter Garten. Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. EG Fußbodenheizung, 1.Stock warmer Holzboden. Angenehmer Vermieter, alles korrekt. Für Wanderer ideale Unterkunft.
