The codes and information will be sent to you automatically at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your arrival.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Therefore, if during the cleaning of the apartment we find even the slightest trace or evidence (odor, burn marks, or cigarette butts), we will be required to deduct a minimum of 80€ from your security deposit.
Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
Overnight stays in the apartment are STRICTLY RESERVED for the individuals listed on the reservation. Any unregistered person may result in the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the reservation, WITHOUT REFUND, or the billing of additional guests at a rate of €50 per additional guest.
