"Die Wohnung kann man eigentlich nicht anbieten. Die Türen sind kaputt, das Bad ist eine Zumutung und der Zugang zur Wohnung ist gefährlich. Es ist alles nur laienhaft renoviert.Wir haben uns in der Wohnung nicht wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir nicht so viel dafür bezahlt hätten, wären wir wieder abgereist."

"Absolute Vorteile dieser Wohnung sind die Lage und der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Altstadt ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Zudem ist die Wohnung gemütlich, praktisch geschnitten und hat einen Balkon. Die Idee mit der "Bücher- und Weinbörse" fanden wir sehr nett. Auch die Teelichter sind eine nette Geste. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der Wohnung und würden sie wieder buchen."

"The flat as such was ok. Bed comfortable but rather squashed in a corner. Kitchen unit all new, but lacked a few finishing touches like oven gloves, drip tray for washing up. Good location near to centre and buses. Whilst the neighbourhood is quiet, unfortunately we were disturbed in the early hours during two nights by a man nearby shouting for some time. Generally a good property."

"Wismar ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, allerdings nicht in der Heckflosse. Sauberkeit: Als wir ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass sich im Bett Haare befanden und die Bettwäsche nicht frisch gewaschen roch. Vermutlich wurde sie nicht gewechselt. Wir haben dann unsere eigene Bettwäsche verwendet, die wir vorsorglich mitgebracht hatten, da der Vermieter auf unsere Anfrage, ob Bettwäsche inklusive ist nicht reagiert hatte.
