A total of 39 exclusive, hotel-style vacation apartments await you, each featuring a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 to 99 square meters in living space and feature high-quality finishes. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread over three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The exclusive Hafenspitze 23 apartment is a fully equipped 3-room apartment with a sunny balcony and a view of the harbor. The living area is 84 square meters. It can accommodate up to 4 people. This comfortable apartment features a fully equipped kitchen-living room, making it ideal for self-catering. It includes two separate bedrooms and one modern bathroom with a shower. For stays of two people, made-up beds and towels are already included. Additional linen packages are available for a fee. This is a non-smoking unit. Parking is available for a fee in the nearby parking garage, located 300 meters away directly at the Old Harbor.

The living space is thoughtfully laid out and perfectly suited for up to 4 guests. The apartment features large windows and a sunny loggia with a view of the harbor. Electric roller shutters provide protection from the summer heat.

The modernly furnished combined living/dining area is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette. Here you’ll find all the appliances needed to prepare meals during your vacation. Meals can be enjoyed together at a large dining table. Of course, your vacation rental also features a flat-screen TV and radio with hotel mode. You can also use Wi-Fi internet access free of charge.

After an eventful day of vacation, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in two separate bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and a closet. In addition, the charming bathroom promises moments of relaxation with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a toilet, and underfloor heating. As part of the included services, the beds for 2 guests will already be made upon your arrival, and hand and bath towels will be provided. You can book additional linen packages for a fee. You’ll be staying in a non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor of the building, which you can reach by elevator. Parking spaces are available for a fee in the newly built parking garage approximately 300 meters away.
