A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature radiant floor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The apartment at Hafenspitze 21 is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is easily accessible by elevator. This attractive two-room apartment features a seasonally furnished balcony overlooking the Old Wooden Harbor. You’ll find a very modern vacation apartment for up to 4 people with a living area of 56 square meters. The elegantly designed living-dining area warmly welcomes you with a comfortable sofa set—which can provide two additional sleeping spots—a recliner, and entertainment options including an internet-enabled TV and a radio with hotel mode. Of course, Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

For shared meals, there is a spacious dining table in your apartment’s living room. There is also an open-concept kitchenette, which is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop and small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The vacation apartment also features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet for your clothes. Your morning begins in a comfortable, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rack. As part of the included services, the beds for 2 people will already be made upon your arrival, and hand and bath towels will be provided.
