The exterior borders the golf course and is readily equipped with tables and chairs, a gas grill and a fire pit for evening campfires. This home sleeps a maximum of 12 people.

The four bedrooms provide privacy and space for you and your guests. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king size bed and TV, along with a private bath with whirlpool tub and shower. Three additional bedrooms have queen size beds and TVs. Enjoy meals in a nicely equipped kitchen complete with a separate dining area (seating for ten) and full appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the adjacent family room which comes with a gas fireplace, a queen sofa sleeper, TV, and comfortable seating for guests. For added space there is another living room with a queen sofa sleeper and TV. Complimentary WIFI is provided.

A utility room with a full size washer and dryer add to the conveniences of this home. The home's location - just off the 6th tee box - is also a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 12, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.
