Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

I was accused of smoking in the room and threatened to have the Police called on me.

Never stay there again after being threatened to have the police called on me. I did nothing. Wrong. I made a complaint with customer service with no response back. W
