The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

When leaving put trash outside by stairs. Used sheets & towels in laundry basket when leaving. Turn off all lights, air/ heat & wipe down all surfaces when leaving. This helps us keep our costs down.

We have 5 cameras on property for your protection. Fire pit, outdoor stairs, parking area, our front door and basement door. No additional guests are allowed. No parties. Quiet time 11 pm til 7 am.

Dogs must be potty trained & well behaved. Let us know if you’re bringing a dog & what size they are. We have bowls, blankets, kennel & dog bed. We are not responsible for any injury on our property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
