Perfect for what we needed

Great communication with the hosts, easy access to Winter Park’s summer activities, perfect for what we needed! Some people said the condo needed updated, but we were too busy enjoying the area and all we did was sleep there, so that didn’t matter to us. Condo looks exactly like the photos. If your high maintenance and need a super fancy place to sleep, maybe pick a different condo, but if you’re down to earth, chill/laid back, this place is perfect.

Worth The Price

This was a perfect location for a stay. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is that the property is extremely dated and in need of remodeling, however it is a great place for a great stay at a great price.

Short trip to WP...

Stayed 3 nights and loved the convenient location! Easy to get in and out to ski and just a few minutes in the car to the village. We also loved having a full kitchen to prepare meals. The only thing that could be improved is the bedding. Thanks for the cozy, convenient stay!

Value stay

Value stay at slightly dated but very functional ski in/out small unit right at Winter Park resort. Good communication. Pool was not available the entirety of our trip and appeared to be out for quite a while. Easy access to parking and an updated weight room. Typing in 8- and 13-digit door codes at every turn was annoying at first. Clean and no foul odors. As described. Thanks!

Well located property.

The condo is well located with easy ski/in from the MJ trail and ski/out access to the gondola. Studio condo was clean and meet my post-ski day needs. Check in and out went smoothly as I had good communication with the owners.

Right on the slopes

Nice condo with nice amenities. The location is terrific. Elevator ride to the fifth floor and a short walk inside to the slope. End of day, ski down within a few yards of the front door. Nice hot tub. Close to the winter park resort for a short walk in the evening for dining or hanging out.

Nice ski-in/ski-out property at Winter Park

We enjoyed our stay at the Iron Horse during a recent ski weekend. The condo is comfortable, clean & well equipped and is reasonably priced for a ski-in/ski-out property at Winter Park. The Iron Horse property itself is a little outdated but we spent most of our time outdoors and did not use the community amenities. We would happily stay here again the next time we go to Winter Park.

Excellent ski in/ski out

Wonderful quiet property perfectly located to walk out and ski down to the gondola. At the end of the day, ski right to the entrance and lock your skis up for the day. Close vicinity to activities and a short drive to restaurants. Property was as described and a perfect space for the short trip that I took.

Great host, amazing property, excellent neighborhood, SO MUCH bang for your buck. The movie theme of the suite is incredible, but the garage apartment and all its careful attention to detail would stand out on its own. The quality bedding and super easy flow of check-in also make this a spot worth remembering. Thanks again!

Great location and cozy room

Leave your car in the heated garage while you ski in and ski out from this comfortable resort. Perfect for a holiday weekend. Nice pool and hot tub area. Room was very clean and well appointed.

Quaint and convenient

location is awesome….in the same building as the pool and hot tub and connected to the ski access point. Get right on the mountain. For our family of 4 it was fantastic now we had younger children. Older children might be a little more tight. Everything working condition. Would stay again!!

Great condominium! Will stay again!

Very clean property conveniently located close to all Winter Park activities. The property has all of the necessities for worry free stay. Check in and out was extremely easy, there was ample communication from the owner as to what to expect. Will definitely stay there again.
