Enjoy all that Winter Park has to offer at this recently updated condo. This adorable property features 1 bedroom with a cozy living room and a new sofa bed for extra guests.
Enjoy access to the modern recreation facility with an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pool table, and fitness room. Sits next to the expansive Idlewild trail system and situated in close proximity to the tranquil Fraser River, enjoy the serene sounds while remaining an arm's length from downtown. Amazing location and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries, distilleries, bakeries, a market, and more. Walk to concerts at Hideaway Park in the summer months; in the winter months, ride directly to the ski resort base on the free bus. The bus stop is right on the edge of the complex parking lot.

This condo isn't just for ski use. We went up there to meet up with my nephew and to just get away and had a great time. Went to Grand Lake Lodge (Beautiful and good food. Took the Gondola to the top of the mountain and it was free and dog friendly and ate at some great restaurants in Winter Park. Fontenot's has great seafood and Wake and Bacon was great for breakfast. Both were in a walkable distnance from the condo. Noah was very responsive every time we contacted him.

The condo was great for me and my family. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable and the place was clean & ready to go when we got there. The host was very responsive and had it ready early for us. It’s an easy location to get to and close to Winter Park Village.

Came for a ski weekend. It was very convenient as the bus stops right down the road. We also walked to dinner and enjoyed the hot tub/pool. The place is a little small as advertised, but we had no problems fitting right in and enjoying everything it had to offer. Thank you Kyle!

This is a very clean, nice 1 bedroom condo right in the heart of Winter Park. Restaurants, groceries and shopping are walking distance. It's about 5 minutes by car to the main Winter Park lot. Great wi-fi and entertainment with the lodgings. Ample parking. Most importantly a really good, hot, high-pressure shower after a day on the slopes!

Great place, cozy and warm on a cold weekend and we did not even have to turn up heat from default.

We loved how we could easily get to winter park downtown or the mountain. Cute little place which fit us perfect. Could make breakfast in morning or dinner at night and sooth our sore muscles in the rec center hot tub. Although we never had an issue with parking outside the building it did seem limited.
