Best spot in Winter Haven

I can say as a local this is the best neighborhood to stay in Winter Haven, tons of rentals have sprung up there recently. I live out of the country with my family and we visited my parents for summer break. This gives you the best rate in the area and it’s right on the lake, beautiful sunsets every night and a lovely wildlife viewing area. We saw everything: birds, alligators, turtles, snakes, rabbits, and otters! Reggie was a wonderful host. I will definitely be staying here again.
