気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
This place was disgusting. No AC as it was broken . I had not even checked in when I was hearing other guests complains but they refused my cancellation request even though I had booked only about 30min prior. Expedia was of no help either . I spoke to hotel staff and they said Expedia had to request the cancellation therefore I reach out to Expedia several times and all they said was they couldn’t reach the hotel reception meanwhile everytime I called the front desk they answer almost immediately. Expedia said they were put on long hold and they couldn’t hold that long. So in a nutshell Econo lodge was horrible but the experience with Expedia was even worse.
