Whether you're a remote worker, snowbird, or family looking for a long-term stay, you'll enjoy a peaceful neighborhood with fast WiFi, cozy furnishings, and a fully equipped space that feels like home. The property is close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major Orlando attractions. With easy access to main highways, commuting and exploring Central Florida is a breeze. It’s the ideal home base for both work and relaxation.
Here are a few important house guidelines to ensure a great experience:

• 🚭 No smoking inside the property.
• 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• 🛏️ No need to make the beds—just leave used towels on top before checkout.
• 🗑️ Please place all trash in one bag for easy collection.
• 🚗 Parking is directly in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway, as it belongs to the main house resident.
