Each room has an Amazon Fire TV. I provide access to Netflix & YouTube for entertainment.

Feel free to use other streaming services, they’re downloaded & ready for login, but please make sure to log out before your trip ends.

You’ll be provided full access to the home except the basement/cellar.

Enjoy the ability for a speedy self check-in & check-out with the Smart Lock which will provide a hassle-free way to get in & out at your leisure.

Gain access through the side entrance with a personalized guest code (provided after booking).

✔️Other Things to Note
Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Clemmons, & many other cities are all within a 30 minute drive from Winston. A Great spot if you're traveling in between locations.

There are monitored/recording security cameras in the front of the home (please do not disturb the equipment). There will be a $250 charge for any smoking that goes on INSIDE of the property. Feel free to smoke outside and dispose of trash accordingly

I am dedicated to providing a smooth experience, but I do ask that you be cautious during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Remember you are booking at your own risk by traveling. I provide disposable masks, hand soap, & hand sanitizer, please be sure to use during your stay ☺️

✔️The Neighborhood
The home is located in a very convenient location. Walmart & Lidl are 5-7 minutes away. Fast food stops are as well along with other Dine-In locations.

Hanes Mall, Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, & Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center are less than 10 minutes away. Greensboro, Kernersville, High Point, Pilot Mountain, Rural Hall, King, Tobaccoville, Advance, Bermuda Run, Welcome, Lexington are all within reasonable driving distances (between 15-30 mins to many given destinations)

simply perfect!

Clean, comfortable. Everything we needed and centrally located to sites we wanted to see and many good restaurants. The host was quick to respond to any question, no matter how minor. We would highly recommend this host and home.

Great communication from the start. Home was an older home, not updated but VERY clean and comfortable. We were a family of 5 needing to stay in town for a graduation. The home was perfect, with all the amenities needed. Would go back to this home again.

Great Rental

The house was perfect for what we needed. Close to Wake Forest Baptist, pet friendly, great size, and Ivan is an amazing person to rent from. Excellent communication!

Fantastic host, cozy house

The host Ivan is a great person. We were fortunate enough to meet him and he was just as nice in person as he was over the phone. From before we arrived Ivan made sure our stay was comfortable and that we felt at home while we were there. The house was IMPECCABLY clean and very roomy inside. Location is great too! We were there for 22 days (my mom needed a major surgery) and being only a 10 minute drive to the Wake Forest Cancer Center was important. You're also close to shopping and restaurants which was good for us. So if you're thinking about renting this house, go for it! You won't be disappointed. We're hoping do go back to NC under different circumstances and will chose to stay here!
