The personnel working were all excellent. Where this property falls short is some of the guests. On my first night in the elevator, I was greeted by a woman with vomit all over her. When I checked out, random clothes were left in the hallway like someone had stripped. I'll leave it at that.

This was the worst hotel we've ever been in. First room we were assigned had full smoke smell so they switched us to another room with an open window. They sent the technician to close the window, but they couldn't close it. When we complained they said the hotel was fully booked and we can leave and go to some other hotel if we'd like. They said if we decide to stay they will give is free 10000 Best Western points over email, we kept waiting and received nothing at all. The staff was very rude, unprofessional and it seemed like these types of issues are just a norm at this hotel.
