"The stay was excellent. My wife and I stayed here from Friday night to Tuesday morning. The grounds and the landscaping were impeccable, especially walking at night around the property, the lighting and ambiance was refreshing and relaxing. The spa was great, we had hot stone massages, got manicure and pedicure, and my wife had her hair done. The room we stayed in was great, the bed was very comfortable, and they were very well maintained. The staff was incredible, and were eager to help, everyone from the bartender, host at Hecho, Front desk staff (all shifts). Special shout out to the front bell staff, from initial check-in with 100 degree heat they give you a cool towel with eucalyptus - amazing, they helped with luggage, drove us to our room in very nice golf cart, provided great conversation, and made excellent recommendations about the property amenities and local spots to visit. Would 100% recommend and next time I travel I will be back. "

"Overall, we had a great time. A few opportunities for improvement though: 1. We weren’t aware that if it was low occupancy, they have people order on the breakfast menu instead of having the buffet open. The only time this happened to us was on our very last morning, where we had a plane to catch. The buffet being closed was not something we accounted for so I was a little upset with this. 2. We had a leak in our ceiling above the bathroom sink. Maintenance came to fix it once, but the problem persisted. Thankfully that was only an issue for the last two full days we were there. 3. The cafe near the main pool turned me away for a beverage after 11am on a Monday morning. It was our last full day and I wasn’t able to get a drink by the pool, which was a major bummer if I’m being honest. The people at the cafe said I could walk down to the restaurant, but I was looking for the poolside drink delivery. I had mentioned it a few times to my wife leading up to going down to the pool that morning, so that too was also a bummer. Overall, we had a great time, as I mentioned. Other than those few things, we very much enjoyed our time. Thank you! "

"Good stay, hard to justify the price. The staff were genuinely excellent — warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our Fairmont Gold room overlooking the TPC Stadium Course 6th hole was a great touch. The Gold lounge, though, was perpetually overcrowded with one coffee maker to serve everyone. At $1,000+/night, our expectations were high — and a few things fell short. On arrival, the resort was hosting a 600-person conference. Guests whose rooms weren't ready were sent to the pool — right where we were. Service collapsed; our server walked by for hours saying "I'll be right there" without ever stopping. When my wife complained, security suggested we leave. Both sides could have done better, but the resort created the situation by overbooking itself. The patio door to our room wouldn't lock on arrival, and by day two it wouldn't close at all. Two hours and multiple calls later, someone finally came — got it to close, but never to lock. We were told parts needed to be ordered. That's a real problem for a door with direct outside access to your room. The location and most of the staff were genuinely great, and a cheaper stay would've softened our reaction. But at this price, these weren't minor inconveniences — they were failures. We won't be back."

"Parking good. Entrance tight due to current construction. Construction crew starting up loud equiptment at 6:15 a m is unacceptable. Room definately needs updating and deep cleaned. Needs paint. Bath tub rusty around faucet. Bathroom floor has been flooded, cement and tile cracked and unsafe. Mattress the WORST I’ve ever tried to sleep on. If I thought it would do any good I’d ask for my money back. Very disappointed. "
