繁華街に近いホテル

ホテルスタッフは親切です。部屋は清潔ですが、屋根部屋の為、窓の位置が高く外を眺めるためにはベッドの上に上がってのぞかなければなりません。風呂場の換気扇から異音がしてトイレやシャワーを使うたびに気になりました。予備の毛布は装備してありました。車で行ったのですが専用駐車場は無く、ホテル前に路駐したのですが3台分しかなく、車を動かすと駐車スペースが無くなりそうで出かけるのを躊躇しました。ただ繁華街まで歩いて数分なので買い物には不自由しません。

かわいい

ウィンダミア駅から離れていて、徒歩２０～３０分という点を除けば、とても良かったという印象。部屋は広くはないものの清潔感があって、内装も女子が喜びそうな可愛いお部屋。家族経営らしく、チェックイン時にはおじいさんが対応してくれ、寡黙ではあるけどテキパキと手続きし、部屋まで案内してくれて、温かい人柄が感じられた。朝食付きでこの価格であれば良心的で、たいへん良い印象を持ちました。

親切なスタッフと美味しい朝ごはん

本格的なイングリッシュブレックファーストが素晴らしい。美味しい。マッシュルームソテーやフライドトマトも省略されず、これぞイギリスの朝ごはん！スタッフがフレンドリーで、こちらの英語力を汲み取ってくれ、ゆっくり説明してくれます。

優しいスタッフとお腹いっぱいになる朝食

スタッフの方があたたかく迎えてくださり、到着直後から滞在を楽しむことができました。朝食もボリューム満点で美味しかったです。

ボウネスに近い静かなB＆B

スタッフは全員男性でしたが、部屋や共同トイレ、共同バスルームは清潔でした。朝食もボリュームがありました。廊下やバスルームにヒーターがあり、暖かかったです。

自然満喫

ウィンダミアの駅からバスで10分弱、(ボウネス行き)船着き場まで行ってしまうと、また急勾配の丘を戻ることにホテルでは高齢の方が迎えてくださりとても優しいです。シャワー・トイレと別でしたが利用客も少なかった為か清潔で、シャワーの音にも気を遣うほど静かでした。夜の食事は5分も行かない所が村のメインになるので事足りるかなっと思います。室内には、日本使用の変換プラグが備わっていました。

オーナーのおじさんがとてもよいかたでした。

お部屋も可愛く、おしゃれでした。冷蔵庫がなかったけれど、ケトルや紅茶やホットミルク、コーヒーがありました。冷蔵庫を借りてビールを冷やしてもらいました。グランベリージュースもとっても美味しかったです。この値段でこのサービスは文句なしです。3部屋のうち1部屋がトイレが流れにくかてですが、隣の部屋に借りたので私達は不自由しませんでした。とっても清潔で、シャワーもよかったです。場所もウィンダミア駅から、タクシーで 7分くらい。湖にも徒歩15分でした。

オーナーとアシスタントの対応

オーナーとアシスタントが非常にフレンドリーで快適に滞在できた。朝食がボリュームたっぷりでローカルの味が良かった。

The service was just great. We are basically totally satisfied with the Cottage except the fact there was no bathtub. People are very friendly.

ほんとによかったです。

自分はここに三日間泊ったんですけど、値段の割にホテルの雰囲気、朝食の感じもよく大変満足できました。ぜひ湖水地方に訪れた際にはここに泊まることをお勧めします。

Russell and Julie are great! Very helpful and great with recommendations. Wonderful breakfasts provided by Julie, and very comfortable place to stay. Beautiful location in the Lakes District with much to see and do!!

Great Location Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay and from start to finish the hosts were extremely friendly and informative. We had a great room on the ground floor at the front and was able to park our car just outside the room on the road at the front of the property with a space saved for us by the host, who moved his car to give us the space. We were messaged by the hosts for our approximate ETA but be wary if you have an I phone as I did not get the message until I disconnected from the car. Location was great and just a short walk down the hill into the centre of Bowness. Breakfast was excellent with quality ingredients and cooked to order in a very relaxed environment.

a treasure in Windermere

great location near the Windermere royalty cinema, and mamy restaurants and sites within a mile walk.. comfortable bed, friendly hosts. room 8 has a small refrigerator. wifi worked well.

Perfect stay

I travelled up to Windermere for a family event so I only stayed one night. Everything went extremely well. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was just what i wanted and I couldnt fault the service.

Lovely guest house!, great location very close to walking routes and to the restaurants in Bowness. The rooms very clean and nicely decorated, the owners were very welcoming and made great breakfast!

房間頗干净，但床垫有些太软。早歺食物尚可。气温只有几度的情况下业主还是不愿意开暖气。房价比对附近国际四星级酒店差不多，性价比不高。

Location to Bowness was excellent. Owners were very friendly. Room was lovely, bed was comfortable, ensuite was lovely and clean. It even had a little fridge in the wardrobe. Breakfast was awesome. At first we didn't know that they had designated parking at the end of the street but we did manage to park on the road outside the property. Would definitely stay there again.

It was clean, neat and comfortable. I thought it a bit strange that the shower and toilet were both in seperate rooms (although nexr to room, and private to the room). I guess old places get quirks like that sometimes 😊 The towel will need replacing soon. And I know you can't do much, but the people above me were up early and it seemed like a herd of elephants in there! I was unwell with a cold so probably more sensitive to this sort of thing than usual. Overall, I liked staying there. Great location... everything walkable.

Pleasant two-night stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good--full English cooked to order by the hostess, yogurt, toast and cereal available as well, although there might be a little wait when it's busy. Amenities were good. Shampoo, shower gel and body cream available. Hair dryer, towels and kettle provided as well. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Facilities were of good condition, not newly refurbished but definitely satisfactory. Wi-Fi coverage could be improved: we were on the top floor and we barely had any signal in our room. Signal was good on the ground floor, but internet speed was slow. One thing to note is that there are no elevators, so there might be a little trouble if you're on the top floor, but the hosts are happy to help with carrying your luggage up the stairs.
