設備が古いのは許せるが部屋が汚なすぎる。 全く掃除をしてないみたい。 朝食は美味しかったです。 シャワーの出も最悪、場所は駅から歩いて 7,8分くらい、ゲストハウスが集合住宅みたいに 並んでました。 シングルルームでしたが3畳位 狭いです。 汚ないすぎてお薦めできません。 今まで泊まった中で最悪でした。

陽気なママが迎えてくれました☆ お部屋も十分に広く、私たち日本人には嬉しいバスタブ付きでした。 朝食のイングリッシュブレックファーストも卵プリプリで美味しかったですよ。 チェックアウトする日私たちはクルーズに出かけたのですが、快くスーツケースを預かってくれて大変助かりました。

何一つ不自由なく、素晴らしいゲストハウスでした
大学卒業前の一人旅での利用です。 ウィンダミアの中心街から一本脇道に入り３分、駅からも１０分程であり、周辺にはスーパーやパブもあり便利です。 ホストは非常に気さくで良い方でした。チェックアウト日にレイククルーズに参加したかった為、お昼まで荷物も預かってほしいとお願いしたところ、快くOKしてくれました。 値段、価格ともにお勧めできる素晴らしいゲストハウスです。 ただ、湖水地方は冬に行く場所ではありませんでした　笑 コッツウォルズも含め、イギリスの田舎は夏などに行くことをお勧めします。

Is a cosy stay. Was a bit outdated but staff were excellent and welcoming and beds were comfy and clean. Full cooked breakfast and very accomadating for different foods. Sad to hear they had are retiring and closing. Tip if it reopens is the car park oppoaite does early bird parking for £1 if you get a ticked after 8pm and is valid all day.

Brillant hotel, lovely hosts
Brilliant stay owners were absolute legends so friendly and accommodating. Literally couldnt do enough for us. Food qas fabulous breakfast was amazing loads of it and nothing was too much trouble. Was very sad to learn the owners are retiring as definitely would have stayed here again.

Everything was good except one thing. The room key was not working so we could not lock the door. However, we felt the property was secure so we did not worry much about it. we were only staying for one night. If we had to stay long this would be a concern.

You get what you pay for and description was accurate. Basic accommodation but good enough for one night. Also good that they offer family room and 1 night stay. Free parking on road was full but one road down we found space. Just a few mins walk away

Not worth the price.
This was going to be the nicer BnB on my vacation, it was not a good experience. The hosts were nice, but basically MIA. The only way to get thier attention is to ring the door bell. Be prepared for crazy stairs. My room was two flights up and the second set was extremely steep. I couldn't get my luggage up the stairs and the hosts wouldn't take it upstairs for me so I had to leave it downstairs. The bathroom was on the other side of the hall, which is not very comfortable and not convenient at all. (I would expect this from a hostel, not a BnB.) Probably just an issue in my room, but the door would not open easily, it would get stuck on the carpet every time. Expect thin walls, I could very clearly hear the guests in the room nextdoor.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The stay and experience surpassed all expectations! We stayed in the family room with a bathroom only for our use located opposite the room (which was not an issue at all). We had a delicious full (vegetarian) breakfast each morning that was accompanied with friendly conversations with the hosts, who made a clear effort to entertain and attend to all of their guests. I did say I would give a special shout out to the "lovely ginger Northern Irish lass", aka Gilly, who was a barrel of laughs and made the most perfect fried eggs every morning! On top of all of this, there was an extra and unexpected surprise for each room on Valentine's day, with a gift of chocolates, drinks and candles. I honestly could not recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for a delightful stay.

Above average guest house. Liked breakfast room and service, also sugar served properly instead of those awful motorway service area packets! Gripes - room door doesnt open properly - apparently blamed on new carpet!. Also dingy room lighting.

Pleasant stay
Very nice en suite room at a decent price for the area. No fancy gimmicks, just a comfortable nights stay with an excellent breakfast included served up by friendly staff.

Overnight stay
Very friendly welcoming hosts, delicious breakfast. Nice room. I wasn’t aware that free parking wasn’t available before arriving. So had to fork out £11 for overnight parking which wasn’t ideal. The guest house is located close to town, and I was in a front downstairs room, so sadly was kept up late by yobs coming out of the pubs. Perhaps this was not the norm for Windermere, but it was quite the peaceful/relaxing night I had hoped for?

The Inn is great. The room was large and the building was quiet. I got a great sleep and woke up to an amazing breakfast.
