The facility was clean and parking lot was well lite. Shower water was as warm- hot as one would like. Soap and shampoo was provided by dispenser. Ours were not located conveniently. The microwave was located too low to see the labels on the controller in the room at night. There was only one luggage carrier and one chair in the room. Should have minimum of two. There was no food provide for snack or breakfast at the facility

I stay her every time I visit my son who attends SU. The staff is always very pleasant, rooms are clean. The beds are not the most comfortable, a little too firm for my taste but overall I’m always satisfied with my stay!

Problems
I got woken up at 1am the first night by someone yelling on the phone, I got kept up the 2nd night by the guy next door yelling profanities at someone and reported to the front desk 2x-they did nothing and said they could only call his room-I took care of that issue. The maid threw away an umbrella bag I use to cover my cast-grateful I had a backup. Not a good stay this time.

It’s your basic, no-frills motel. We stayed there three nights amd it was fine. It’s clearly been recently refreshed. No breakfast, which we knew going in. The room was very clean, but there were screw holes in one wall where clearly something had been removed, which was really odd because the paint, bathroom caulking and similar aspects had been redone quite recently, so omitting something like patching those holes is puzzling. Would we stay there again? Probably, though we realize that having breakfast onsite can be convenient, we had no issues with Red Roof.

Not good
Place is sort of dumpy. I think everything is original since the place was built, including the towels. Housekeeping has no idea. Shower wall "has never" been cleaned. It was gross. Bathroom door had goop running down thats probably been there for years. Looked like scaley stuff on the coffee maker...eeeww. The plastic runner along the bottom of walls was falling off. If you didn't watch your step, you could easily jam your foot into it.
