「As always, this property never disappoints! We had excellent communication with the property owner and she is always very easy to reach if you have a question or an issue arises. You cannot get a condo any more clean or convenient. Everything you might need for cooking is handy and she even leaves some complimentary toiletries. We love the small complex and even though it’s near coligny, it makes for a very family friendly, low key environment with easy beach access. We hope to visit again! 」

「The place was great. Close to shopping and the beach. The only down side which couldn't be helped was the air-conditioning the room got hot at night. But with high temps and humidity putside we knew that was gonna happen. But i took a fan which helped a lot. We will definitely be back to this place. So covient to the beach and great places to eat and shop. We parked our car and walked everywhere. 」

「The condo was as described, small, but had what was needed. The location to the beach was great and just a short bike ride to restaurants and Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The apartment was great, very clean & well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to many places of interest & Kroger. We did have a couple of small problems though. We did not receive instructions from Vrbo when we arrived but the owner was very helpful & responded quickly. Then on our last night we were awakened at 1am by neighbor (525 I think) who was drinking & could not remember how to get in his apartment. He refused to leave so my husband called the police & the matter was...

「We loved this condo. We came to Tybee Island for a wedding. The condo was conveniently located between the chapel and the downtown area. When we walked in the door, and you could see the ocean as you came it, we knew it was a good choice. The balcony was a favorite spot! Super clean. Very Nice! This unit will be put on the list as a keeper to go back to!!」
