Spacious & Quiet Vacation Getaway, 15 Min to Beach

Spacious and homey 3BR 2.5BA home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is a cozy, comfortable family place to kick back and relax.

Centrally located, within 15-20 minutes of all Wilmington beaches, historic downtown, and attractions.

Enjoy the fenced in yard, grill, or large soaker tub; perfect for private relaxation.

THE SPACE
This 1600 sq ft house has high ceilings throughout, making it big enough for the family to spend time together, but also have their own space too. The house comfortably sleeps 6. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs office if you’re looking to get cozy and accommodate 8 people.

-5 min to the Pointe at Barclay which has a movie theater & variety of new restaurants

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials including:
-Keurig coffee maker with coffee & condiments
-Pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils & basic spices
-Blender, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher
-Kids plastic plates, cups & utensils

OUTDOOR AREA
Enjoy the large fenced in yard with outdoor fire pit and grill.

LIVING ROOM
Extra large sectional couch, smart TV with Hulu, Disney Plus & Netflix included.

LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer located in a closet off of the kitchen. Laundry detergent is provided.

OFFICE
Located off of the kitchen, we’ve converted the dining area to be used as an office. Need more sleeping space? There’s a queen pullout sleeper sofa located in this room as well!

Note there are no doors on this office, it’s connected to the living room & kitchen.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Located upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom has a memory foam king mattress and 32" smart TV.

GUEST BEDROOM 1
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and 32" smart TV.

GUEST BEDROOM 2
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress.

BATHROOMS
There are 2.5 bathrooms; a half bath located downstairs off of the living room & kitchen, a full bathroom upstairs & a large en suite master bathroom.

PARKING
There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guest use. Off street parking is not permitted. We are unable to accommodate more than 2 parking spots. The garage is off limits and for host use only.

SECURITY

For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

We also use a noise monitoring device at this property; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Really pleasant stay!

The house was very clean and cozy! The location was quiet and convenient. It made it wasy to run around to the local beaches and downtown and still be close enough to swing by the house if we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

This was a quick trip to spend time with my UNCW college student. Loved the house and location. Very cute property and very clean. The owners made it easy for booking as well as check in. They are great to work with. We look forward to our next vacation visit at any of their properties!

Wilmington House

Beautifully appointed, comfortable surroundings, and very roomy. Would have liked to have had top sheets on the beds and some spare towels. But we loved being there and the convenience of the location. Nice, quiet neighborhood. All in all, great place, wonderful stay.

Great stay close to UNCW and beaches

We had a great family stay at this property. The house is exactly as pictured. The fenced in yard and neighborhood are wonderful and made super easy for morning jogs/walks. The house is very close to UNCW (about 10 min) as well as Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Communication was super easy, the beds were comfy and the towels were some of the nicest we have had at any VRBO. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Space

We spent the majority of our time at a family members home, but this was the perfect space to get the kids away from the activity. It is clean, quiet, had a firepit and grill (that we didnt get the chance to use). The neighborhood ia also quite peaceful. Thank you Alex!

Great experience!

This property was super clean, very nice, and very “user friendly”! Everything was set up super professional with classy binders covering everything from check in to check out. Labels on every switch in the house to labels on drawers. We never had to guess where things were located. Owner had great resources for us in regards to things to do. Fenced in back yard was great for our toddler to run around. Nothing about this property was subpar!

UNC-W Graduation Celebration

The house and neighborhood were perfect for our family's celebration weekend. The location was super convenient. The house had games, Netflix, plenty of bedding and towels, and easy labeling in kitchen made meals easier. Nice to have aluminum foil provided! Thanks so much for a great comfy weekend getaway.

Can’t wait to return!

We only booked this property for a quick visit with friends in the area for Easter, but very happy we did! Alex was very prompt with responding to any questions I had from start to finish. Property is located is a great quiet neighborhood…very close to the downtown and beach areas. Everything was easy to find and/or use in the property as it all was labeled! House was very clean and stocked well with supplies/toiletries. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely rent again when visiting our friends.

Very pleased

We were very happy with our stay here. We live in WNC and were doing a tour of NC for the kids spring break and spent a couple nights in the Wilmington area. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood perfectly positioned between the beach and down town. House was clean and well organized. Highly recommend.

Successful Spring Break with the grandkids

We decided to stay closer to home this year for our annual spring break week with our grandchildren (ages 13 & 8). The house was perfect for our needs...everyone had their own rooms, comfortable, well stocked, and the location was central to all our activities. Alex was very responsive to all questions and provided additional information about kids activities that were available. Nice Gettaway

We went to visit our son who is in the Marine Corps for the weekend. The place was perfect. The place was clean and up to date. Everything in the house was lable witch help out when turning on lights or even when looking for utensils. My son slept on the pull out bed and it was conformable. The bed in the room when also conformable. I will be renting this place again next time i visit my son.

Cute, clean and a Great location

Loved this house for our weekend in Wilmington. It was perfect for our group of 7. Alex was a great host, and the house was clean and really cute/updated. Good central location for going downtown, to the beach, shopping, etc. A great property at a much better price than we would have paid staying right on the beach. We also loved having a grassy gated backyard and outdoor dining area. All around a great experience. We will be back!
