Riverview Penthouse is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk. Parking is available at a parking deck just one block away, and we highly recommend just leaving your car there and walking or taking an uber as parking can be challenging.

Riverview Penthouse is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with all of the modern amenities you need. Check in anytime with contactless, keyless entry and clear instructions. The private condo boasts high ceilings and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with stellar views. Snacks and bottled water await your arrival. The living room has a large TV with cable, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. It also features a 6 stage reverse osmosis water filtration unit so you can enjoy your fill of fresh water. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a steaming shower head with nice water pressure, and a cloth shower curtain that is frequently laundered. The newer king size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.
