This 800 sq ft house has been newly remodeled into a cozy cottage! The house is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood and walking distance to Greenfield Lake & the amphitheater. Only a 5 minute drive from downtown!

The guest bedroom has a memory foam queen bed.

The bathroom is Jack & Jill style, located in between the two bedrooms. There is a shower and bathtub.

PARKING
There are 3 free parking spots for guests to use. 1 parking spot is in the shared dirt sloped driveway (shared with next door neighbor). 2 parking spots are on the paved street.

SECURITY
For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Cute house close to downtown

Super easy check in process, we were able to check in a little early. The house was beautiful and everything looked new. The had everything we needed from baking supplies to laundry pods.

Ivey Circle Cottage

Ivey Circle Cottage is the perfect location from downtown, the beaches and the college. Fast food is convenient and fine dining is around the corner. Alex is easily accessible and very helpful. The cottage is cozy, inviting and perfect for 4 adults and even a small child or two! All the appliances are new, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need! The porch is inviting and the backyard is spacious for running around and playing games if you have kids. The neighborhood is great if you want to run or walk. 10/10 rating for me and my family. We will definitely be back.
