First not so ok stuff: Expedia reservation was under wrong name. Took 45min to resolve. Wardrobe had clothes from previous guest. No rubber for bathtub . No hair conditioner (bottle was empty). There is construction in front of hotel ( although no noise). Now ok part: Beds are ok. Receptionist was good, tried all he could to resolve reservation issue.. Location is good, close to riverwalk. Overall ok stay.

Morning breakfast was fine but coffee was terrible, very weak. No area to enjoy sitting outside to smoke or just enjoy the air.

Construction around hotel was messy. Poor entry to front of hotel. Man at desk was not welcoming. Was not dressed professionally. We tried to cancel, we could not. ONLY valet parking for $30 but that service was great. Girl later at night was very sweet and welcoming! Our room and breakfast was great!! Just poor beginning!!!

The stay was wonderful, all of the staff was so friendly, and had great hospitality. The breakfast was really good, fresh, and had a fun red velvet waffle mix for the season. The room itself was spacious and clean. The only complaint I would have is about the bed, it would creak over any little movement, and felt a little dated because of that. The shower also did not get really hot either, but still a comfortable warm. Those two complaints are meaningless compared to everything else because this is a wonderful place to stay, I will be recommending to anyone coming to Wilmington, and I will be booking here next time I am in Wilmington. 100/100 great place!

The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable, from the front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff southern hospitality is clear!!

very nice downtown spot. the valet parking seemed expensive, but the place was convenient for us because of nearby parking options. clean room and good facilities. heated indoor pool was a hit with our kid. decent breakfast. terrible coffee.

Breakfast was good each day. Location is great. That’s really only what we wanted. But, Construction directly across the street was noisy only during the day but blocked some needed sidewalks. Pool was too cold to swim in. Rooms don’t have any drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase. Even the desk, nightstand, bathroom vanity have no drawers. No in room safe so I couldn’t lock up my valuables or devices

The hotel was very nice!! Staff was amazing ! So friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was great and food was very good . The indoor pool was great for the kids. We loved the location was able to walk downtown to restaurants and shops . Definitely will stay again

Confusing parking situation. Couldn’t park in wide open lots nearby, under threat of towing. There is valet service, but no valet was present initially. He was inside on his phone. Finally got it straightened out, over time. Man at the desk was helpful, his female boss was a frowning dark presence.
