The Space:
Beautiful and modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with quick and easy keyless entry. Opens up into a spacious living room area, offering high-speed WiFi, and featuring a 65in 4K smart TV, compatible with all the major streaming apps. Or kick back and enjoy some of our board games with family and friends!
All three of our bedrooms have a comfy queen sized bed with luxurious bamboo sheets. The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a full size dresser. Also has a very large walk-in closet with bright lighting and plenty of space, no matter how long you stay! Master bathroom captures a sleek modern style with dual vanity and sinks, and a glass door walk-in shower with beautiful tiling.
Guest bathroom has a shower/bathtub. Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels and soft bath towels.
Wake up in the morning and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with our Coffee & Tea Bar, offering standard drip coffee and a variety of single serve K-Cups, all included to satisfy your caffeine needs! (Various creamers & sugar options are available as well)
Our home has an open kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal for the whole family! Also features brand new stainless steel appliances, such as a full size stove, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
Just a few steps from our property is Winnie's Tavern, a very well known local restaurant, famous for the best burgers in Wilmington! Quick & Easy Self Check-In (Keypad Lock) to get you in. You'll have access to the the entire property (Only exception being the owner's closet in Bedroom #2) Feel free to use the whole driveway which can hold up to four cars. Extra on street parking is available on Waddell St if needed.

Need transportation during your stay? We have two vehicles available for rent through Turo (Basically Airbnb for cars!) We have a luxurious, but fast Audi S7 and a four-wheel drive Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ask us if your dates are available and we can walk you through how to rent a vehicle. We'll even give you a special discount for booking with us!
