The manager was helpful called her earlier in the week to change something and it was done when I checked in .. love this hotel only stay there when I come to Wilmington at least once a month, everything is always good.

Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport
Never ended up staying there, the a/c in the room was not working, there was 2 fans placed in the room but the room temp remained 80 degrees. The desk clerk was very apologetic and found me a room at a sister hotel across the plaza! She was amazing!
